Exchange & Return Policy

At Inborn Apparels, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return or exchange a product.

We provide free exchange or returns within 7 days of the date that you receive your order.

  • All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may request photos of the damage to assist with our investigation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, has been worn or washed, or is damaged in any way.
  • Late or Lost Deliveries: Please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Refunds for Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancel until you receive on your end.
  • During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
